SCHEDULE A FREE RECRUITING TRIP

For schools wishing to recruit 10 or more teachers from this program, USA Employment offers the unique opportunity for any administrator or principal to travel to India with USA Employment.

USA Employment handles ALL costs and expenses of this trip, including airfare, hotel and accommodation, and some sight-seeing. USA Employment’s India office will prepare candidates for interviews at a five star hotel. This is your chance to see a new part of the world, and experience a new culture!

For schools needing less than 10 teachers, the remote interviews conducted by phone, web-cam and videoconference are the best option.

Schools from some regions around America have decided to "pool" their vacancies and send representatives to pre-screen, shortlist and/or hire candidates on behalf of those participating schools. USA Employment encourages this type of pro-active initiative and will be glad to work within your region’s guidelines to make this a successful venture for you.

More India Recruiting Trip Details

	We schedule the dates for the trip, finalize which person(s) will be recruiting, and book their flight tickets and accommodation. Depending upon the amount of teachers the school or region wishes to interview, the trip can be as quick as 4 days or as long as is needed. All major airlines go to Delhi directly via Europe. We would ideally prefer at least 4-6 weeks advance notice to prepare properly but we can arrange a trip more quickly if need be.
	Once in Delhi, India, the recruiter(s) will be treated first-class all the way. They'll stay in a five star hotel, with all the amenities. They'll conduct the informational seminars and interviews in that hotel's seminar hall or another seminar hall. Obviously all food and transportation is covered as well.
	Full event staff will be employed to handle all logistics and details. Recruiter(s) will only need to focus on interviewing and selecting candidates.
	If the recruiter(s) wish, we will allow time for shopping, sightseeing and maybe even a trip to the world-famous Taj Mahal! We want this to be a fun, enjoyable and memorable experience.
