USA Employment will provide paper resumes, video resumes, test results and other necessary pre-screening information for each candidate. School representatives will choose which candidates it desires to interview via live videoconference or web-cam. |

Videoconference and web-cam interviews are superior to phone-only interviews due to the integral non-verbal communication element, which is imperative to successful teaching. Phone interviews are always an option in addition to videoconference interviews of teacher candidates. |

Due to any time differences, it is preferred that all videoconference and phone interviews occur in the morning. However, teachers in USA Employment’s program are not opposed to interviewing ‘around the clock’ to meet recruiters’ demanding schedules. |

Videoconference technology is readily available in most markets. However, it is a much more expensive interviewing mechanism. Most school interviewers prefer the convenience and cost-efficiency of phone/Web-cam interviews. USA Employment will adhere to your districts’ wishes regarding which medium should be used. |
